An order, a sign-in, a gift, a story you want to share, or just a question — send it here and a real person replies, usually within one business day.

Quick answers

My sign-in link didn't arrive

Check your spam or Promotions folder for an email from the Professor, then request a new link — each link works once and expires after an hour.

When will my print arrive?

Prints are made by Print Wins in Texas and usually ship in 3–5 business days. You'll get an email with tracking the day it ships.

How do I cancel the Club?

Account → "Manage my Club membership." You keep everything until the end of the period you paid for.

Where are my downloads?

The guide and the journal are in My library (in the menu once you're signed in). Download them as often as you like.

A photo didn't come out right

Use Redo on that moment. If a credit was used on a photo that failed, tell us below and we'll put it back.
